QUANTITATIVE DATA INTERSECTING WITH INTUITION

In working together, you will be guided through an intensive questionnaire that will reveal important data to begin with such as nutritional deficiencies and mineral imbalances. Along with revealing liver, gut, immune, adrenal and thyroid dysfunction.


We will then combine this with what you feel within, my expertise and a little detective work to really get down to the nitty gritty so you can leave feeling vibrant and energized as ever.

QUALIFICATIONS

Nutritional Therapy Practitioner: Completed through the Nutritional Therapy Association. This granted me the ability to approach healing from a foundational holistic perspective, honoring the unique bio-individuality of each body. I practice with specific tools that assess specific nutritional deficiencies and utilize the innate intelligence of the body with the addition of health and lifestyle factors to help bring you back into balance.


Holistic Health Coach: Completed through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. This helped to align me with my unique style of approaching wellness and to create accessibility around making small positive changes that can have lasting positive impact on longevity. This approach takes into account our mental well-being, relationships, career and all sorts of other factors besides nutrition that have an impact on our health.


Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing: Completed through Washington State University. This is where the science and anatomy portion come out in what I do. I have gained a deep understanding of the inner workings of our body, our evolution as a species and how that plays into what health concerns show up in our modern world, and of course how we can counteract what are much too common chronic illnesses by becoming closer to nature, simplifying and taking some advice from our ancestors.


Self-proclaimed Herbalist: I share this disclaimer out of respect to my fellow certified or clinical herbalists. However, I am an herb junkie and fanatic for herbal medicine and remedies over the modern day pharmaceutical approach. I believe what was provided by mother earth is all we need to heal along with the power of our mind. I utilize and recommend herbal remedies and concoctions of my own to most people in one way or another. May I add that they are usually all the rave - herbs are incredibly powerful and in fact some of the very well known pharmaceutical medications have specific functions that mimic that of medicinal plants. But who would make billions of dollars if we could learn to grow our own medicine in our backyard??? You get the picture <3
